Client Service Coordinator – Property & Casualty
Location: Remote

 

At Alera Group, our Property & Casualty team helps businesses protect their assets, manage risk, and plan confidently for the future. We’re seeking a Client Service Coordinator who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

Client Partnership & Risk Strategy

  • Support clients with coverage placement renewals claims coordination policy analysis and day to day service needs
  • Assist Client Managers by preparing materials and coordinating account activities to support client relationships
  • Collaborate with carriers and underwriting partners to process changes and maintain accurate account information
  • Contribute to retention and growth initiatives through responsive service and attention to client needs

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain documentation in agency management systems including policy and client data activities and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policy accuracy standards
  • Support audits reporting and administrative processes as needed
  • Process routine policy changes endorsements and certificates
  • Support renewal workflows including data entry document preparation invoicing and generation of renewal documentation
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure timely issuance of policies and completion of service tasks
  • Log claim notices and update claim tracking systems while supporting follow up activities with claims teams

Strategic Contribution

  • Assist in identifying coverage gaps and potential service improvements
  • Partner on new business opportunities by supporting administrative setup and documentation for new accounts
  • Identify and resolve issues such as billing discrepancies or data inconsistencies
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency accuracy and client experience

 

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Required

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience
  • Interest in insurance brokerage or client account management environment
  • Familiarity with data entry systems or agency management platforms

Additional Information:

Compensation:
Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)
