Your mission: own and evolve the test automation ecosystem that keeps us shipping delightful, bug-free experiences every week.

You Will Own
  • Designing and executing detailed manual test cases and scenarios to ensure high product quality
  • Performing functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing to validate features and user workflows
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting clear, actionable bugs with reproduction steps and supporting evidence
  • Collaborating closely with development and product teams to clarify requirements and verify fixes
  • Verifying bug fixes and new features before release through thorough manual testing
  • Maintaining test documentation, quality metrics, and accessible reporting dashboards
  • Assisting with prioritizing critical bugs for timely resolution
  • Supporting automation efforts by providing test coverage insights and validating automated test results

  • What Great Looks Like
  •  Automated Coverage: Achieve and sustain 90% critical path test coverage within 21 days
  • Fast Feedback: Keep full regression test execution under 10 minutes to enable near‑instant feedback for engineers
  • Bug-Free Releases: Ship weekly without major production bugs

  • Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years experience in manual testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Expertise in exploratory testing to creatively uncover edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected product behavior.
  • Proficient in designing and executing various manual test types including functional, regression, usability, integration, and API testing.
  • Understand CI/CD fundamentals and are comfortable fine‑tuning pipeline configurations in YAML
  • See flaky tests as personal challenges and have proven strategies to eliminate them
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Enjoy documenting edge cases and thinking like a curious end user

  • Final Interview (30 min) - A live session with our CPO
