What this job involves: This Learning Programs Coordinator serves as the strategic orchestrator of all learning and development activity across an account with a dispersed workforce of 500+ employees. As the Learning Programs Coordinator, you'll function as the central hub for L&D operations—owning the comprehensive training calendar, facilitating the L&D Committee to maintain strategic alignment across service lines and corporate learning programs, and partnering with service line leaders and subject matter experts to develop training materials that address diverse business and operational learning needs. You'll manage multiple concurrent training projects from inception through delivery, coordinating timelines, stakeholder communications, and logistics while advising leadership on optimal training delivery methods based on content complexity, audience needs, and organizational priorities. Working collaboratively across internal stakeholders, corporate training teams, and the Communications function, you'll research training topics, compile learning materials, and develop polished, visually engaging deliverables that enhance training effectiveness and engagement. You'll also administer the learning management system (MyLearning) to ensure compliance tracking and accurate program records, track all training activity including completion rates and participation metrics, and strategically sequence programs to prevent employee overload while ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, strong project coordination skills, and the capacity to identify skill gaps and proactively recommend learning solutions that support business objectives and employee development.

  • Manage multiple concurrent training projects including timeline coordination, stakeholder communications, logistics planning, and delivery tracking to ensure successful execution

  • Advise leadership on optimal training delivery methods and learning strategies based on content complexity, audience needs, and organizational priorities, staying current on emerging learning technologies and innovative approaches

  • Research training topics and compile learning materials in partnership with subject matter experts, collaborating with Communications to develop polished, visually engaging deliverables

  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions when appropriate, adapting delivery methods to suit content type and audience requirements

  • Administer learning management system (MyLearning) submissions and documentation to ensure compliance tracking, course availability, and accurate program records

  • Track all training activity across the account including completion rates, participation metrics, and program effectiveness to maintain comprehensive visibility, prevent team overload, and inform continuous improvement

  • Identify skill gaps and emerging training needs, proactively recommending learning solutions that support business objectives and employee development
