Conditions of Employment
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship).
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Lead end-to-end VISTA pharmacy deployments — from planning and configuration to go-live support and post-deployment follow-up
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external customers on implementation strategies, equipment needs, software requirements, and interface coordination
Ensure data integrity by populating, verifying, and managing data entered into VISTA prior to and throughout deployment
Support data migrations from legacy systems and coordinate interfaces between VISTA and pharmacy equipment
Train and empower customer staff with hands-on instruction, documentation of competencies, and ongoing education
Partner with site managers to coordinate deployment timelines, training schedules, and operational readiness
Collect and analyze data to support pharmacy standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Oversee computerized data management across all pharmacy packages, ensuring accuracy and system reliabilit
Security and Privacy Responsibilities
Individuals working for DSS or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
