The Role

We're looking for a Business & Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company. This role will be a key partner to leadership while also supporting broader financial modeling, budgeting, and cross-functional analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)

  • Analyze company performance against targets; flag trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Partner with department leads to gather inputs and align on reporting needs

  • Track and report on key business metrics/KPIs on a regular cadence

  • Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, including financial performance and KPI summaries

  • Support ad hoc financial and business analysis to inform leadership decisions

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and tools

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting

  • Demonstrated experience building polished, executive-level presentations — board deck experience is a strong plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with financial modeling

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Job Details:

  • Full-time status (40 hours per week)
