Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

Permanent, Full Time
Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week

Remote working style with occasional travel to offices as required
£35,500 per annum including an amazing benefits package!

Are you passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services and developing clinical excellence within teams? We’re looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team and play a key role in delivering clinical supervision, supporting risk management, and providing high-quality guided self-help interventions.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. Part of Xyla Digital Therapies, one of the UK's leading providers of digital mental health services, you'll help deliver accessible, evidence-based support to people across the UK while contributing to the ongoing development of our clinical services.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide regular case management supervision and clinical support to our network of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.

  • Deliver clinical skills workshops, CPD sessions and training to support practitioner development.

  • Contribute to risk management and safeguarding processes, including participation in the duty rota.

  • Maintain a clinical caseload, delivering Guided Self-Help interventions within a stepped-care Talking Therapies model.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working within an NHS Talking Therapies/IAPT service.

  • Experience providing supervision, or holding a recognised supervision qualification.

  • Experience using IAPTus patient management systems.

  • Experience supporting risk management, safeguarding and clinical governance activities.

Qualifications

  • BABCP/BPS recognised Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) qualification

  • Supervision Certificate and/or demonstrable supervision experience

  • Additional qualifications in LTC, Perinatal Mental Health or Long Covid are desirable.
