As an experienced Biostatistician, you will be a member of cross-functional development teams and contribute to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions.

The Biostatistician II is responsible for strategic and scientific contributions at the indication/protocol/integrated analysis level. These contributions lead to better understanding of the asset being studied, improved development decisions, and an increased likelihood of regulatory and market success.

What you'll do...

Lead, advise and review:

  • Leverage your expertise. Independently leads the development and execution of statistical aspects for studies of low to moderate complexity. Develop complex analysis strategies and execute them using efficient programming techniques (software: SAS, R).

  • Foster teamwork. Perform intricate statistical analyses and provide input to statistical reports. Collaborate on global, cross-functional teams.

  • Share knowledge. Provide input to analysis plans, statistical reports, statistical sections of integrated clinical reports.

  • Impact the process. Be a proactive advisor for all types of analysis from the proposal process through the project life cycle.

  • Take quality seriously. Review analysis data sets and quality control all types of statistical analysis deliverables.

Cooperate and network:

  • Build relationships. Liaise with biostatistical and other company departments to optimize global efficiency.

  • Work collaboratively. Coordinate Biostatistics related project activities for successful completion within given timelines and budget.

  • Interact with heart. Coordinate with clients with regard to data analysis, scope of work, and budget. Translate scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms.
