You will be working with a Global Strategic OEM partner. Our goal is to ensure their Partner facing teams and extended channels are fully enabled to advocate and sell the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform and software. What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive Dell OEM channel coverage across Midwest, Central, and Southeast territories — engaging Dell field sales, channel teams, and regional partners to build pipeline and accelerate AI infrastructure sales

  • Gain strategic alignment with Dell channel leadership and influence their plans and investments with the partner ecosystem to proliferate NVIDIA software and solution stacks

  • Activate and manage Dell-aligned Solution Providers and resellers on NVIDIA AI solutions, including demo units and partner rebate programs

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Dell and partner leadership through regular business reviews and executive briefings to keep them current on NVIDIA trends, technologies, and messaging
    5. Identify enablement needs and align OEM and NVIDIA resources to ensure AI capability readiness through AI Advisors, roadshows, webinars, and virtual events

  • Execute joint GTM programs with Dell and NVIDIA cross-functional teams — driving demand generation, co-marketing initiatives, and co-investment activities

  • Develop joint business plans with Dell and channel partners to accelerate pipeline and incremental revenue

  • Develop a programmatic approach to scaling ISV-based AI solutions in key industry segments — Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing — through targeted Dell channel partners

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with Dell channel partners focused on OEM performance, pipeline health, and program compliance

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, adjusting enablement activities and partner mix as needed
     

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years proven experience in the technology industry.

  • Background in leading OEM GTM partnerships, developing channel strategies, implementing programs.

  • Experience working with broad partner ecosystem including GSIs, SDPs, Solution Providers, ISVs.

  • Experience with Enterprise SW, accelerated computing vis a vis developing partner sales plays will be preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, mathematics, science, or engineering preferred.

  • Excellent MS Office skills and Salesforce.com experience is required.

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to persuade, using communication to convey concepts in a creative way

  • Experience in Enterprise Software and/or Services oriented roles

  • Self-motivated, high EQ can work with anyone from SVP to field sales.

  • Passion for sales and building positive relationships with customers and channel partners.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
