Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

We are looking for an experienced people-manager to lead a regional team of Solutions Architects supporting NVIDIA Cloud Partners as they design, build, and operate large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure. Do you want to lead the team that brings GenAI, AI, and ML hardware and software technologies to production in the field? As the manager of NVIDIA's regional account Solutions Architecture team, you will guide and develop a group of technical experts who drive end-to-end solution integration with some of NVIDIA's most strategic Cloud Partners, while shaping business and engineering priorities through customer feedback on product strategy. You will balance technical leadership with people management—coaching your team, setting technical direction, and partnering with sales leadership to grow NVIDIA's footprint across the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team of Solutions Architects supporting NVIDIA Cloud Partners, setting technical direction and career development plans.

  • Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions across the region.

  • Oversee your team's technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful design, build, and production of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure.

  • Represent NVIDIA in executive-level technical discussions with Cloud Partners, covering project and product details, roadmap, new technologies, and escalations.

  • Establish standard methodologies, tools, and best practices that improve the quality and consistency of your team's technical delivery.

  • Manage team workload, prioritisation, and resourcing to balance multiple partner engagements simultaneously.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on joint solutions for customer performance and scaling issues, channelling field feedback into product strategy.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Motivation and skills to own and drive technical engagements—and the teams behind them—throughout the full customer life-cycle.

  • 5+ overall years in Solutions Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering) working directly with partners and customers.

  • 2+ years of people-management or team-leadership, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing international technical teams.

  • Expertise in crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.

  • Practical expertise in datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.

  • Efficient time management and the ability to communicate ideas clearly across your team, partners, and executive stakeholders through documents, presentations, etc.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Ability to build or scale a regional technical team supporting cloud or infrastructure partners.

  • Hands-on experience with large datacentre design, power distribution, and cooling (liquid to chip)

  • Practical familiarity with NVIDIA hardware (such as GPUs, ETH/IB networking components, storage, etc.) within extensive AI and HPC cluster settings.

  • Background with at scale GPU systems in general, encompassing performance testing, AI benchmarking, and more.

We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
