About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Responsibilities / 岗位职责:
Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.

Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
参与周边设计沟通、材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进。
Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
熟练使用 AI 工具辅助数据分析、选品分析、成本测算及竞品周边监测。
Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.
协助整理各地区周边需求，跟踪项目进度并及时反馈，同时协助库存管理。
Requirements / 岗位要求:
Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas.
礼品创意力强，能够快速提供多种合理搭配套组。
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.
