Job description

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the top-of-the-funnel pipeline through to sales by assisting in the development, execution, and administration of marketing campaigns and events for the assigned region, including Marketo automated campaigns, event and tradeshow planning, marketing copy development, reporting, and more. Activities are based on the region’s marketing plan that is developed in collaboration with sales and marketing.

This role is based in New England and travel would span the Northeast region from New England to New York.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing leadership to help develop and execute the New England field marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners, securing sponsorship investments and maximizing partner participation across regional programs.

  • Produce content and various marketing assets to be used digitally and for regional events. These assets include event copy, social media graphics, and other promotional collateral.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to develop customer-facing content that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and pipeline growth initiatives.

  • Manage the complete campaign lifecycle for assigned programs, including audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, execution, lead management, reporting, and pipeline attribution.

  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.

  • Design and deliver high-impact customer experiences including executive roundtables, thought leadership events, partner programs, and flagship regional conferences.

  • Identify new marketing opportunities, emerging market segments, and innovative program concepts that increase brand awareness and create qualified pipeline.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Corporate Marketing, Alliances, and Operations to ensure seamless program execution and consistent messaging.

  • Analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, Marketo, DOMO, and other marketing technologies to optimize future investments and demonstrate measurable business impact.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to sales teams, proactively recommending programs and strategies that support pipeline generation and account growth.

  • Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform regional marketing strategy and improve program effectiveness.

  • Champion operational excellence by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience.

  • Experience using Marketo and Salesforce preferred.

  • Experience in event planning in the Northeast region required.

  • Experience with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.

  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
  • Ability to measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns.

Travel:

  • Travel up to 25%.
