As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. Tines has security woven into its DNA, and our platform is secure and private by design.

At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented International Marketing Programs Specialist to join our growing global marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for EMEA & APAC, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and executing regional campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and fuel international growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with regional GTM teams, along with the wider marketing org across demand gen, content, and customer marketing teams to deliver impactful programs tailored to regional-specific audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a tangible impact on global expansion at Tines.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner closely with regional Sales teams within EMEA across DACH, Benelux, and Rest of EMEA (RoEMEA) to build, shape, and scale impactful field marketing programs that drive market growth, brand awareness, and pipeline generation.
  • Support the development and execution of regional field marketing strategies tailored to the unique opportunities, priorities, and needs of each market.
  • Plan and execute high-impact Tines-hosted experiences, including executive roundtables, customer events, workshops, and community-building initiatives that engage prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Manage regional third-party conferences, trade show sponsorships, and partner-led events, ensuring strong execution and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales leadership and Account Executives on quarterly marketing planning, account targeting, and territory-specific initiatives that support pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Work closely with XDRs and Partner Sales Managers to coordinate pre- and post-event engagement, attendee recruitment, campaign activation, and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver integrated, localised marketing campaigns that resonate with regional audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to build Tines' presence in emerging markets, scale successful programs, and test new approaches to audience engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Support the development and adoption of scalable Field Marketing processes, playbooks, and best practices across EMEA.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including MQLs, sourced and influenced pipeline, event engagement, and program ROI.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of execution across all regional events, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences.

What You Bring With You

  • Two to four years experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or event marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • A passion for building and growing markets, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative programs, and contribute to regional go-to-market success.
  • Understanding of the DACH, Benelux, and broader EMEA markets, including regional differences, audience preferences, and approaches to marketing engagement.
  • Proven ability to support pipeline generation through field marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams, including Account Executives, XDRs, and regional Sales leadership.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines across different markets.
  • Experience planning and executing in-person events, third-party sponsorships, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, and Customer Marketing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different teams, cultures, and levels of seniority.
  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience measuring campaign performance, tracking pipeline contribution, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and creative mindset, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas, experiment with different tactics, and help shape how Tines goes to market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term regional growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Goldcast, Dato, or similar tools.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, MSSPs, or strategic alliances is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT, automation, or enterprise technology audiences is preferred.
  • Additional European language skills, particularly German or French, would be an advantage but not essential to the role.

Target annual compensation: €55,000-€75,000
