Responsibilities / Position overview:

We are seeking an Account Coordinator (internally known as "Account Executive") to join our Client Solutions team to support core business projects. The Account Coordinator assists the account management teams by coordinating and executing day-to-day tasks such as project tracking, project budget coordination, and serving as of point of contact for client interactions to ensure the successful movement and completion of client projects.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Proactively assist with the movement and tracking of assigned projects; internal and client status reports, drafting and updating timelines
  • Assist in the financial management of assigned accounts; coordinate budget development, maintain financial spreadsheets, generate and issue invoices
  • Client communication and updates
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on customer service and client relationships.

 

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and previous office experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude internally and with clients, even in challenging situations
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to evaluate, interpret and analyze both written and verbal communications
  • Flexible, deadline oriented, and ability to work as part of a multifunctional team
  • Ability to quickly and amicably respond to changing client needs and conditions

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
