Remote - Data Engineer

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and automate deployment of our distributed system for collecting and processing log events from multiple sources.
• Design, implement and automate loading of data from different sources and APIs.
• Design data schema and operate internal data warehouses and SQL database systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines.
• Contribute to architectural plans and implementation for future data storage, reporting, and analytic solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Data Analysts and other internal partners to identify opportunities/problems.
• Provide assistance to the team with troubleshooting, researching the root cause, and thoroughly resolving defects in the event of a problem.

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

• Experience in data modelling
• Experience in Airflow, S3, DBT is mandatory
• Experience in ETL (or ELT) processes
• Knowledge of Python (or Spark) and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience in Kafka, Trino, Iceberg is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast learning ability and innovative mindset
