Provides operations focused support to the Pulling and Tensioning Segment in an organized, professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

List the primary essential duties and responsibilities.

•    Honesty, integrity, humility. You will be continually learning in this roll. 

•    Strive to become an expert on the products in your segment and explore and introduce new opportunities as they arise.  

•    Continually expanding education and knowledge on the equipment segment. Attend factory training, seminars, etc.  

•    Initiates contact of staff, and existing and potential customers, identifying their needs. 

•    Maintain Pulling and Stringing Products rental unit spreadsheet 

•    Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on Fiber Optic Blowers & Underground pullers use in the Data Center market. Goal, to grow rental market investment in this segment. 

•    Upload all files into Docuware/Salesforce in a timely manner 

•    Create files, monitors, updates equipment inventory location. 

•    Develop Fiber Optic equipment spec sheets, check in & check out sheets.

•    Reconciles credit card statements and reports monthly.

•    Create expense reports as needed.

•    Assist with service/warranty repair paperwork as needed.

•    Assists with recall information when needed

•    Assists in unit orders as needed.

•    Tracks unit orders/deliveries nationally.

•    Computer and software proficiency and can quickly adapt to new systems. 

•    Follows verbal and written communications and communicates effectively with public, customers, and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner both orally and in writing.

•    Works in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

•    Ability to interface well with all customers, and all departments of the Company and to represent the department in a highly professional manner.

•    Responsive to management requests and manages time efficiently.

•    Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system. 

•    Able to work with minimum supervision, capable of self-checking work.

•    Ability to learn.

•    Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software to complement this function.

•    Excellent planning, organizational skills and priority setting skills. 

•    Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills. 

•    Professional appearance and manner, business casual, or Jobsite PPE as required

Working Conditions

•    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

•    A curtail roll of this position is your ability to go to customer job sites to instruct customers on the proper operation of the equipment they are renting or have purchased at the customers scheduled time frame. CTOS representatives need to make themselves available to all 24/7. Equipment support before and after the rental or sale is essential to the success of this business.

•    Regarding customer and CTOS facilities you are required to follow all safety procedures dictated by the renter, project owner, or branch. This can include jobsite training to enter, special PPE and protocols. You are required to deal with all levels of people respectfully and in the best interest of the company.
