At AHEAD, we prioritize creating a culture of belonging, where all perspectives and voices are represented, valued, respected, and heard. We create spaces to empower everyone to speak up, make change, and drive the culture at AHEAD.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate based on an individual's race, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law, whether actual or perceived.

We embrace all candidates that will contribute to the diversification and enrichment of ideas and perspectives at AHEAD.

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Administrator to join our global Business Applications team. This role will be based in India and will play a key part in managing, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce environment across multiple business functions. As a Senior Administrator, you’ll work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring the platform remains secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational strategy.
You will serve as both a hands-on problem solver and a process innovator—driving operational excellence, supporting agile delivery teams, and maintaining best practices across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and integrated enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and security.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls.
  • Build and optimize declarative automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.) to streamline business processes.
  • Support ongoing projects across Sales, CPQ, Billing, and Service functions by configuring and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Assist in data management activities including imports, cleansing, deduplication, and quality monitoring.
  • Support testing and deployment activities in coordination with development teams and release managers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and operational runbooks.
  • Deliver end-user training and promote Salesforce best practices across business units.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with the broader Business Applications team to support integrations, governance, and release management processes.

  • Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and/or Billing.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, Record Types, Permission Sets).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale data and complex security models.
  • Experience working within agile development or sprint-based environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required.

  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting quote-to-cash, billing, or financial process automation within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Service Cloud.
  • Understanding of integration concepts and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or REST APIs).
  • Knowledge of data governance, change management, and release management practices.
  • Prior experience collaborating with global teams across time zones.
  • Why AHEAD:

Through our daily work and internal groups like Moving Women AHEAD and RISE AHEAD, we value and benefit from diversity of people, ideas, experience, and everything in between.

    India Employment Benefits include:
