Cybersecurity

Agile DevOps, cloud, microservices, and open source have all dramatically accelerated application delivery and complexity. Today’s AppSec teams depend on a collection of point security products that each represent an overlapping piece of the puzzle and lead to siloed manual processes. This leaves them struggling to gain the visibility, insight, and process scale they need to identify and protect the ever-changing and growing application risk surface. This resulting AppSec Chaos means applications ship fast without the assurance of shipping securely, leaving organizations at risk of breaches and losses. The ArmorCode AppSecOps Platform is the solution to this challenge. The ArmorCode AppSecOps platform integrates with your security ecosystem to de-duplicate, correlate, and orchestrate findings in a single platform so security and development teams can realize holistic visibility, flexible agility, and cross-team collaboration. Companies of all sizes scale their AppSec effectiveness by 10x or more with ArmorCode through Application Security Posture Management, Unified Vulnerability Management, and DevSecOps automation. ArmorCode’s no-code orchestration platform allows organizations to automate manual processes saving time and money. ArmorCode's customers include several marquee Fortune 500 companies, several of which are #1 brands in their respective categories, as well as hyper-growth cloud-native technology companies. Irrespective of whether an organization has 100 developers or 100,000 developers, ArmorCode can secure its application security posture and bolster its vulnerability management program. ArmorCode is a winner of the 2022 SINET 16 and TiE 50 awards and is listed in Gartner’s ASOC (Application Security Orchestration and Correlation) Hype Cycle report. ArmorCode was spotlighted by Nasdaq four times in 2022 and is a proud sponsor of AppSecCon 2022 and the 2023 Davos Cyber Future Dialogue.

About the Role

The Accounting Manager will assume complete day-to-day ownership of US and global financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and corporate compliance operations. Stationed in India, this professional bridges global execution gaps by directly supervising outsourced bookkeeping services, streamlining core transactional cycles (AP, AR, and complex global Payroll), and serving as the primary readiness engine for external US CPAs, auditors, and insurance brokers.

What You'll Own

  • Financial Close & Reporting: Own the end-to-end month-end close and consolidation process; prepare timely, accurate financial statements fully compliant with US GAAP.
  • General Ledger & Oversight: Directly manage and review the activities of the existing India-based bookkeeping service to ensure impeccable data hygiene across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex global journal entries.
  • Financial & Revenue Operations: Partner closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure deals closed in Salesforce contain all necessary documentation to flawlessly execute customer invoicing, accurate revenue recognition (ASC 606), and proactive cash collection.
  • US Tax & Corporate Compliance Liaison: Collect, organize, and maintain robust documentation for federal and state income tax, corporate franchise tax, and state sales tax compliance; act as the central operational interface for external US tax CPAs.
  • Risk & Insurance Accounting: Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready schedules for US corporate insurance policies (including D&O, E&O, Cyber, and General Liability) and coordinate annual workers' compensation audits.
  • Audit & Advisory Preparedness: Develop clean, standardized audit workpapers, reconciliations, and schedules to maximize internal efficiencies, minimize year-end advisory costs, and expedite external reviews.
  • Timezone Flexibility & Overlap: Maintain a consistent, agreed-upon partial shift overlap with US operations to ensure fluid cross-border collaboration, timely issue resolution, and operational synchronization.

Who you are

  • Have 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth technology/SaaS company and/or a leading international accounting firm, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of US GAAP, corporate compliance requirements, and supporting US-based entities with accuracy and rigor.
  • Are highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or Enterprise, with hands-on experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Have worked across modern finance systems such as Salesforce, Bill.com, and Navan, and understand how to drive efficient, scalable workflows across platforms.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability, while partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and scale finance processes.
