Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP CX Functional Consultant to join our client's implementation team. This position is ideal for a consultant with hands-on experience configuring SAP Customer Experience solutions and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

 

You'll play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP CX applications, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple functional areas.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months

Duties:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP CX applications to meet client business objectives.
  • Configure and support SAP Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and implementation guides.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution quality.
  • Identify business process gaps and recommend SAP CX best practices and process improvements.
  • Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
  • Support integrations between SAP CX and SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BW, and other enterprise applications.
  • Stay current with SAP CX product enhancements, releases, and industry best practices.

Skills:

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with one or more of the following:
    • SAP Commerce Cloud
    • SAP Marketing Cloud
    • SAP Sales Cloud
    • SAP Customer Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of CRM, digital commerce, marketing automation, and customer engagement processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP CX with SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BW, and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, configuration documentation, and testing artifacts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, including SAP CX implementations.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP CX implementation and configuration projects.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into functional solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and production support.
  • Experience supporting enterprise integration initiatives involving SAP CX and other SAP platforms.
  • Consulting experience working directly with clients in fast-paced project environments preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP CX certifications are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
