Drive Growth and AI Innovation as Product Marketing Manager (Mapping & Routing)

Trimble is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to own the European go-to-market strategy for our industry-standard Mapping & Routing portfolio, while pioneering smart automation workflows that empower our entire high-performing product marketing team to thrive.

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will have a rare dual mandate: owning the go-to-market strategy for industry-standard commercial routing solutions while leading the analytics and AI transformation for our entire product marketing team. You will directly influence how global logistics leaders optimize their fleets while establishing yourself as a pioneer in AI-driven marketing workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities


Mapping & Routing portfolio

  • Own positioning and messaging, aligning stakeholders around a differentiated value proposition.
  • Lead GTM execution for product and feature launches — playbooks, communication plans, and internal readiness.
  • Address different customer profiles, from shippers, over carriers to partners. Find the right positioning and messaging to engage those personas. 
  • Champion the customer voice, turning trends and feedback into sharper value propositions.
  • Create sales enablement — one-pagers, decks, and competitive battlecards.
  • Measure launch performance and translate outcomes into recommendations for future releases.

Analytics & AI leadership

  • Analyze the product marketing effort — measure campaign, launch, and channel performance to guide focus.
  • Enable the team to work with data — dashboards, reporting templates, and self-serve analytics.
  • Report to leadership and partner teams, turning marketing data into clear, regular insights.
  • Lead AI workflows for Product Marketing — pilot and roll out AI tools and best practices that make the team faster.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology.
  • Strong analytical skills: measuring marketing performance and building reporting for the team and leadership.
  • Data fluency and enablement: hands-on with marketing data and tools like quicksight, google workspace, notion, etc.
  • Hands-on with AI tools for marketing — adopting AI tools and designing AI-assisted workflows that boost productivity.
  • Proven GTM execution that drives measurable adoption or revenue growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership — influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Clear technical storytelling and writing for a professional audience.
  • Comfort in ambiguity, with agile, self-directed prioritization.

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with mapping, routing, or telematics data.
  • Professional experience within the transportation, logistics, or fleet operations industries.
