Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to serve as a trusted architectural advisor, helping customers maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment. This role is focused on defining platform strategy, governance, architecture, and roadmap planning while ensuring scalability, security, and long-term platform health. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, enterprise governance, and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
Strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow architectures.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform including CMDB, CSDM, integrations, security model, application development, and instance lifecycle management.
Strong expertise in ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow workflow (ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
Experience with enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, TOGAF, and technical debt remediation.
Proven experience developing ServiceNow platform roadmaps and product adoption strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management with experience presenting to technical teams and executive leadership.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience guiding AI adoption within the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the trusted architectural advisor for customers adopting and expanding ServiceNow.
Translate business objectives into scalable platform architecture and long-term roadmap strategies.
Lead platform governance discussions and recommend best practices for maintainability, scalability, security, and performance.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic guidance on workflow adoption and platform modernization.
Identify architectural and platform risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Guide customers on ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business outcomes.
Advise customers on AI adoption, including Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
Create architecture documentation, governance frameworks, standards, and technical recommendations.
Drive continuous platform optimization and long-term platform health.
