Job description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with SMDigital's growth strategy
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover pain points and position our services as the answer
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing, and service positioning
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Represent SMDigital at industry events, partnerships, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence
  • Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on business development performance regularly

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a BPO or digital marketing environment (Required)
  • A proven closer — you have a track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
  • Strategic and consultative in your approach — you sell solutions, not just services
  • An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who earns trust quickly
  • Self-driven, resilient, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior decision-makers with confidence and clarity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like a business owner and act with urgency and purpose

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT)

  • Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid
  • Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
  • Noise-Cancelling Headset
  • A dual monitor is mandatory
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
