WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Support Account Managers in organizing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
Develop and refine email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion
Write and edit compelling email copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences
Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
Monitor campaign performance metrics — open rates, click-through rates, conversions — and translate data into actionable improvements
Ensure all email campaigns are properly tested, proofread, and QA'd before deployment
Stay current with email marketing trends, platform updates, and deliverability best practices

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a similar role (Required)
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar (Required)
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign optimization
A detail-oriented coordinator who keeps campaigns on track without dropping a single deliverable
Solid copywriting skills — you write emails people actually want to open and read
Analytical mindset — you use performance data to make smarter decisions, not just prettier reports
A collaborative teammate who works seamlessly with creative, content, and account management teams
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT)

Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid
Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
Windows 11 Operating System for Windows users
Noise-Cancelling Headset
