THE OPPORTUNITY

The Associate Inside Sales Representative provides lead generation support to an Account Manager and/or Account Team.

  • Fueling Sales Success: Support our Inside Sales Team in the quest to not just meet but exceed our sales quotas, as set by the company.
  • Channeling Partner Magic: Weaving through our partner channels, you'll uncover the best configurations, pricing, and availability, all while surpassing our customers' needs.
  • Maximizing Sales Brilliance: Elevate our sales volume and profitability by ensuring we secure the most favorable pricing on each quote. You'll be our champion in making sure that every deal is a win-win.
  • Crafting Sales Quotes with Care: Create formal sales quotes with precision, founded on validated solution configurations and pricing. You'll also make sure we stick to all contractual requirements, ensuring trust and reliability in every interaction.
  • Customer Care Extraordinaire: When our customers have concerns about our products and services, you'll be there to lend a helping hand and resolve their worries.
  • Aiding in Sales Harmony: You'll assist both our internal teams and our external customers in resolving any sales issues that may arise, fostering positive relationships all around.
  • Mastering Order Processing: Take charge of processing orders and communicate delivery requirements to our Operations department when needed.
  • Keeping the Tech Torch Alive: Maintain your knowledge of IT products and certifications as assigned, keeping our tech expertise sharp and up to date.

 This role requires US citizenship, the ability to support East Coast business hours and there is minimal travel required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT INFORMATION

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $24.04 with an annual MBO up to $4,000. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.

Iron Bow Technologies reserves the right to fill this role at a different level, depending on qualifications and organizational priorities. This range represents only one component of Iron Bow’s total compensation package. An overview of our benefits is available on our careers page.
