About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation web applications. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences while leveraging the latest AI technologies to accelerate development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, writing clean code, and shipping impactful features quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Develop reusable UI components and contribute to our design system.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
  • Integrate APIs and AI-powered features into the frontend experience.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote frontend best practices.
  • Continuously improve development workflows and engineering standards.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional Front-End development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with Next.js.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar).
  • Experience consuming REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience optimizing application performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong understanding of Git and modern development workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in HealthTech, Telehealth, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
  • Startup experience.
