In Argentina within the insurance sector industry, we are looking for someone with initiative, autonomy and a passion for building reusable and scalable components, who enjoys researching and proposing new solutions to continuously improve the development experience and product quality.

In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals, including their role will be key to ensuring that applications reach end users with optimal performance and usability, combining UX/UI design with high-level programming using the latest technologies. They will work in an agile and collaborative environment, focusing on innovation and technical excellence.


This is you

  • 3 years of experience as a frontend developer.

  • Proficiency in Angular v15+ to v21+ (primary development framework).

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Experience in mobile development. (Desirable: Angular + Ionic + Capacitor).

  • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing (Cypress).

  • Experience with version control using Git.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience in Micro Frontends.

  • Experience with NX Monorepo.

  • Proficiency with component libraries such as PrimeNG (or similar).

  • Knowledge of NgRx / Redux.

  • Experience with Node.js / Next.js.

  • Backend knowledge (full-stack experience is a plus).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).

  • Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.

  • Experience implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend).

This is your role

  • Implement new user-oriented visual and functional features.

  • Build reusable components and internal libraries to enhance the scalability of the frontend ecosystem.

  • Translate wireframes and UX/UI design prototypes into clean, maintainable code.

  • Integrate the frontend with proprietary and third-party APIs, ensuring robustness and security.

  • Optimize the application in terms of performance, accessibility, and usability.

  • Research new technologies, patterns, and tools that add value to the team and the product.

  • Write code following best practices in design, architecture, and security.

  • Collaborate in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), contributing ideas and improvements to development processes.
