This is the job

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns.

This is you

  • 5+ years in software engineering with strong object‑oriented design skills; proficient in C# and modern .NET practices;

  • Proven background in distributed/microservices architectures and end‑to‑end flows;

  • Skilled with SQL Server and performant data modeling;

  • Track record of writing unit and integration tests (NUnit, xUnit);

  • Hands‑on with AWS and cloud‑native patterns;

  • Familiar with CI/CD and release automation (TeamCity, Octopus);

  • Knowledgeable about monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Sumo Logic);

  • Strong problem‑solving, technical judgment, and clear communication;

  • English: Upper‑intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);

  • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming platforms;

  • Familiarity with security best practices, identity/authentication frameworks, and data privacy regulations.

This is your role

  • Build and maintain backend services in C#/.NET within a distributed/microservices architecture;

  • Deliver features end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring;

  • Write clean, testable code and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, E2E; NUnit/xUnit; Playwright where needed);

  • Collaborate with architects, product, QA, and DevOps; participate in architecture/design reviews and propose improvements;

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes; monitor systems;

  • Use CI/CD and deployment tools to automate builds and releases;

  • Mentor teammates, give constructive feedback, and improve team practices;

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders while meeting sprint commitments.
