Job description

About the Company

We are an international iGaming affiliate project developing and scaling SEO-driven websites across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

Our current focus is Poland and Hungary, with plans to expand into additional markets such as Greece and New Zealand.

We operate with a lean team and a highly automated approach. Our model is based on launching and testing multiple SEO projects using expired domains, parasite SEO, one-page websites, rapid migrations, and gray-hat promotion methods.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who can independently manage the full lifecycle of multiple affiliate projects.

This is not a traditional Team Lead position. There is no large team of junior specialists to delegate routine work to. You will personally work with domains, keywords, websites, content, links, rankings, and performance data.

The role is suitable for a strong Middle or Senior SEO Specialist who is comfortable working autonomously, testing hypotheses quickly, and taking direct responsibility for project results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple SEO projects from domain selection to traffic and monetisation.

  • Research, evaluate, and acquire expired domains.

  • Analyse competitors, SERPs, keywords, niches, and growth opportunities.

  • Launch and develop one-page affiliate websites and parasite SEO projects.

  • Prepare domains and keyword sets for automated website deployment.

  • Work closely with an internal developer responsible for website automation.

  • Review launched websites, including content, structure, HTML tags, markup, and technical implementation.

  • Make basic changes directly through WordPress, CMS platforms, Cloudflare, or website admin panels.

  • Monitor rankings, indexing, traffic, backlink profiles, conversions, and monetisation.

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies.

  • Purchase, place, and monitor links.

  • Identify underperforming websites and decide whether to improve, migrate, or replace them.

  • Test SEO hypotheses across multiple websites and GEOs.

  • Scale approaches that demonstrate positive results.

  • Maintain clear reporting on project launches, rankings, tests, and outcomes.

  • Use AI tools to improve content, fix basic HTML issues, and support day-to-day SEO tasks.

  • Contribute to improving internal workflows, automation, and SEO processes.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Middle or Senior-level SEO experience.

  • Hands-on experience with expired domains, including research, evaluation, acquisition, launch, and development.

  • Practical understanding of gray-hat or black-hat SEO methods.

  • Experience with parasite SEO, mass-site strategies, website migrations, or similar approaches.

  • Strong understanding of the full SEO cycle:

    • keyword research;

    • competitor and SERP analysis;

    • website structure;

    • content;

    • technical SEO;

    • link building;

    • indexing;

    • performance analysis.

  • Ability to manage several websites and experiments simultaneously.

  • Experience working in highly competitive GEOs and complex SERPs.

  • Practical knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

  • Basic understanding of Cloudflare, HTML, page markup, tags, and technical website checks.

  • Ability to clearly assign tasks to developers and verify the completed work.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Serpstat, or equivalent platforms.

  • Ability to analyse SEO performance and make decisions based on rankings, traffic, conversions, and commercial outcomes.

  • Strong personal organisation and ability to work independently.

  • Proactive approach and willingness to propose and test new solutions.

  • Comfortable working in an environment where many experiments may fail before a scalable approach is identified.

Relevant Industry Experience

Experience within iGaming or affiliate marketing is highly desirable but not mandatory.

We are also open to candidates from industries that use similar SEO methods, including:

  • dating;

  • pharma;

  • finance;

  • other competitive affiliate or gray-hat niches.

A strong practical background in expired domains, parasite SEO, mass-site launches, and gray-hat promotion methods is more important than experience in one specific industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with casino or betting affiliate websites.

  • Experience across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

  • Experience working with large sports or news websites containing affiliate landing pages.

  • Experience developing internal SEO tools or automation.

  • Basic scripting or technical troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for content and technical tasks.

  • Understanding of affiliate monetisation, conversion rates, and project profitability.

What Success Looks Like

During the first months, success will be assessed based on:

  • the number of relevant domains identified and acquired;

  • the number of websites successfully launched;

  • the speed and quality of project execution;

  • the number of websites indexed and gaining rankings;

  • the quality of technical and content reviews;

  • the number of SEO hypotheses tested;

  • the ability to independently manage a large volume of projects;

  • continuous improvement based on previous results.

We do not expect every project or experiment to succeed. We value speed, consistency, practical conclusions, and the ability to improve the approach over time.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote.

  • Lean and highly autonomous working environment.

  • Communication primarily through Telegram.

  • Minimal meetings and no unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Close cooperation with the SEO lead and internal developer.

Hiring Process

  1. Talentin Interview.

  2. Short practical task requiring approximately 15 minutes.

  3. Interview with the SEO Lead.

  4. Possible final conversation with the project owner.

  5. Offer.
