Senior Director, Developer Partner Enablement

 

Location: Remote, United States 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K 

Gross Annual Base Salary: USD 199,000 - 259,000

Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.

 

Summary  

This dynamic and strategic individual will lead our Development Partner Enablement to accelerate solution development and drive standardization and thereby drive adoption of latest platform features in the partner solutions ensuring all new solutions are AI first. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration within and outside of the Product & Engineering and OneStream communities, ensuring alignment with our standards, and driving the adoption and evolution of platform including Genesis, ODS, and AI agents. 



Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

    • Scale Genesis block development efforts to support broader organizational growth. 
    • Engage with individuals outside of Product & Engineering to understand their Genesis block development priorities and maintain their engagement with the broad Genesis solution direction and standards. 
    • Engage with Product & Engineering and ensure that the latest Genesis, ODS, and AI features are incorporated in the Solution Packaging Kit to drive partner adoption  
    • Create best practice framework leveraging the platform features to standardize and codify solution creation 
    • Align teams around market competitiveness but promote innovative thinking and development by broadcasting ideas and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
    • Facilitate engagement and development efforts outside of OneStream, ensuring alignment and collaboration. 
    • Lead communication efforts to educate the OneStream ecosystem on block development, including the governance and process for constructing a well-defined block. 
    • Support the compilation of Genesis block development standards in collaboration with the engineering team. 
    • Define and communicate what it means to develop with Genesis, including use cases and innovative custom page integrations. 
    • Ensure block development aligns with solution repository standards. 
    • Establish and maintain a communication cadence to broadly share updates, use cases, and roadmap amplifications. 
    • Contribute to commercialization efforts by supporting Genesis-related release activities and collaborating with key team members. 
    • Take a lead role in partner enablement. 




    Required Education and Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. 
    •  10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments. 
    • 5+ years in enablement, technical training, or solution/product evangelism roles. 
    • Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams around a product vision or standards. 
    • Strong background in community engagement, developer relations, or internal technical communities of practice. 
    • Experience facilitating technical workshops, demos, or product education sessions for a mixed audience (e.g., developers, consultants, product teams). 
    • Understanding of platform architecture, reusable components, and modular design (low-code/no-code experience is a plus). 
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 
    • Experience influencing without authority and driving adoption through engagement, not mandate. 

     

    Preferred Education and Experience 

    • Experience working with partner ecosystems or developer communities in an enterprise SaaS environment. 
    • Experience with commercialization of platform or marketplace offerings. 
    • Familiarity with OneStream platform, or similar EPM/CPM solutions. 
    • Prior success scaling technical enablement or evangelism programs.

      • Ability to anticipate needs, see the big picture, and align cross-functional efforts. 
      • Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage at all levels. 
      • Skilled at convening diverse groups, leading discussions, and driving consensus. 
      • Understands platform architecture and the software development lifecycle. 
      • Experience managing ongoing initiatives with multiple stakeholders. 
      • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to inform, inspire, and align. 
      • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
