  • Provide counsel to business leaders and drive decisions that strengthen accountability, enable high performance, and deliver measurable workforce and talent outcomes.
  • Champion fresh ideas and lead initiatives that strengthen Rocket’s ability to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while improving the employee experience.
  • Use people and business data, external insights, and sound judgment to identify trends, influence decisions, and balance client-group priorities with what is best for Rocket overall.
  • Design and facilitate effective working sessions that help leaders build alignment, make clear decisions, and move to action.
  • Continuously improve People Team service delivery by anticipating business needs, simplifying how work gets done, and building collaborative relationships across the organization.
