Job description

ERG is an Executive Search firm based in Appleton. You may be wondering... what exactly is an Executive Search firm? Our recruiters work directly with companies throughout the state - and the nation - to discover top talent to add to their teams, typically in high-level positions such as Vice Presidents, Construction Project Managers or Chief Financial Officers, just to name a few. Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Executive Recruiter.

Day to Day:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new

  • Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture

  • Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients

  • Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience

  • Self-motivated, self-starter

  • Passionate about being the best at what you do

  • Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
