Essential Job Functions

Maintains and repairs buildings' structural components and systems including plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as switches, fuses, ballasts and bulbs, etc.
Repairs and replaces worn or damaged parts, such as hoses, wiring, and belts etc. for equipment, such as faucets, gas lines, steam jacket, microwave, etc. or any other parts/equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent; no experience necessary we are willing to train the right person. We just are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a can do attitude.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License

EXPERIENCE

This position prefers a minimum of three years of maintenance/facilities experience, preferably in a restaurant or service industry environment.
