Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Support Engineer (L3) to provide end-to-end network support for multiple client environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1, L2, and L3 network support for enterprise network environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
  • Configure, maintain, and support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Perform network health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Support firewall connectivity and basic network security troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide timely status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors during incident resolution and planned maintenance.
  • Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
  • CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
  • CCNP Certification (Preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in enterprise network support.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
    • VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
    • VPN technologies
    • DNS, DHCP, NAT
    • Cisco routers, switches, and wireless solutions
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, or other firewall technologies.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices.
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
