Our client is a software company that helps property managers inspect and document properties, then turn what they find into clear, professional reports. Started in 2014, its platform now supports 20,000+ active users across the U.S. and more than 20 countries, and has processed over 100 million inspection photos.
Its mobile and web applications capture geotagged photos, videos, and voice notes, work offline in real field conditions, generate reports, and connect inspection data with established property management systems. The business is bootstrapped and profitable, and is now applying AI to turn field voice notes into structured inspection reports.
You'll bring customer insight into the product cycle from start to finish: clarifying needs, defining practical requirements, and validating new features through real inspection workflows.
You'll ensure Engineering has clear inputs, Support has accurate context, and every release reflects how the product actually works in the field. Your documentation, testing, and judgment will help the team ship confidently and consistently.
