Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle for Patient and Person domains, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, implementation, and release.
Drive projects end-to-end (Roadmaps, Backlog, Prioritization, Use Cases, and User Acceptance).
Lead and mentor a team of ClientM professionals and Business Analysts, overseeing their work and performance.
Partner with Clienthitecture and Delivery to ensure effective data product delivery.

JD		Manage the product lifecycle for Patient and Person domains, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, implementation, and release. - Drive projects end-to-end (Roadmaps, Backlog, Prioritization, Use Cases, and User Acceptance). - Lead and mentor a team of ClientM professionals and Business Analysts, overseeing their work and performance. - Partner with Clienthitecture and Delivery to ensure effective data product delivery. - Identify process improvements and manage internal and external communications regarding priorities and outcomes. - Understand service line inter-relationships to determine appropriate product solutions. - Manage workload, resource allocation, and project risks. - Incorporate feedback into roadmaps and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies. - Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends to help shape the direction of Data Products.
