In performing these tasks, the Senior Counsel – L&E independently drives decisions and sets legal strategies aligned with Humana's long-term vision and enterprise objectives. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal advisor to Human Resources and business leadership. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices. This includes providing daily guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and employee separations.
