Posting Salary Range: $56,270 - $69,898

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina.

What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Network Development Coordinator to join our team! The Network Development Coordinator is responsible for various tasks, activities, and project planning throughout the organization. The Network Development Coordinator will assist with the development of future changes through improved projects and program coordination. The Network Development Coordinator is also responsible for processes that facilitate the development of a qualified network of service providers and resources for social determinants. It includes monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance measures related to network capacity, access and availability, cultural competency and quality.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Oversee and maintain project plans, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications management, and other day to day project activities. Has autonomous decision-making authority on projects that impact the agency.


  • Lead assigned project(s) with team(s) both internal and external through initial development until project completion and released from Network Development for ongoing monitoring in other departments across the organization.
  • Provide project status updates/reports using dashboards and/or Smartsheet at regular intervals during all projects.
  • Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Address network needs via specific provider recruitment and the publication of Open Enrollments, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Application (RFA) or Request for Information (RFI). Independently complete Requests for Proposals, Application and/or Information using knowledge by Subject Matter Expert’s (SME) to obtain the service specific to the needs of the population, area and organization.

Qualifications


Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of progressive experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care field; OR
  • Associate’s degree in a Human Services field and four (4) years of progressive post-degree experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care field; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field and two (2) years of progressive post-degree experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care field; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina. 
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
