Job description

Job Summary:

The VP of Data Center Services is responsible for leading global infrastructure deployment, managed services operations, server lifecycle services, logistics execution, and customer delivery. This executive leadership role drives operational excellence, customer outcomes, scalability, and long-term service strategy while partnering closely with customers, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders to support continued global growth. The successful candidate will combine deep infrastructure and operations expertise with strong commercial acumen, executive leadership capability, and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Data Center Services delivery across multiple regions.
  • Establish operating cadence, KPIs, governance, and performance management.
  • Build scalable organizational structures and succession plans.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement and standardization.
  • Oversee infrastructure services including server deployment, rack integration, network support, logistics operations, and managed service execution.
  • Ensure operational readiness and service consistency across global environments.
  • Improve delivery velocity, quality, utilization, and customer experience.
  • Serve as executive sponsor across strategic customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to align operational outcomes with business priorities.
  • Lead governance reviews and executive business reviews.
  • Own forecasting, budget planning, capacity planning, and financial performance.
  • Drive productivity, margin improvement, and service scalability.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and service expansion.
  • Lead automation, process optimization, and operating model evolution.
  • Introduce metrics-driven decision making and operational maturity.
  • Build scalable service frameworks that support future growth.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global organization.
  • Develop leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development strategies.
  • Champion EOS values, leadership principles, and culture across global teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years leading global infrastructure, managed services, or data center operations organizations.
  • Experience leading multi-region operational teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale service delivery environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Strong customer-facing executive presence.
  • Data center infrastructure operations, deployment services, server lifecycle management, managed services, and hyperscale customer exposure preferred.
