Who we are looking for
As an Associate 2 within the Registration Services team, you will play an important role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing servicing of investor accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards. Working closely with senior team members and management, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of investor account activities, AML/KYC reviews, and maintenance activities to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and an interest in developing expertise in Transfer Agency operations and regulatory servicing.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, balancing work from home and office as needed.

Registration Services plays a critical role in safeguarding our clients and investors by ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate investor records, and supporting the onboarding and servicing lifecycle of investor accounts.

What you will be responsible for
As an Associate 2, you will:
· Process and review investor account opening, maintenance, and closure requests in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements.
· Perform AML/KYC reviews and due diligence checks to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring requirements.
· Validate investor documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
· Maintain and update investor records accurately across multiple systems.
· Investigate and resolve client, investor, and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
· Complete daily controls and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
· Escalate exceptions, risks, and regulatory concerns to management promptly.
· Support the completion of operational and regulatory reporting requirements where applicable.
· Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Investor Services, Dealing, Compliance, Client Service, and Operations teams.
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, control effectiveness, and client experience.
· Ensure adherence to all information security, anti-fraud, AML/KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Maintain accurate records and audit trails to support internal and external review requirements.
· Participate in departmental projects, testing activities, and business change initiatives as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
· Understanding of investor onboarding, account maintenance, and AML/KYC processes is desirable.
· Experience working with operational workflows and case management systems is advantageous.
· Professional AML, Compliance, or Financial Services qualifications are beneficial but not required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
