Company Profile:

Our client is a Canada-based, fast-growing and innovative private aviation company transforming the way people experience air travel. Through their app-based platform, they connect travelers directly with licensed private jet operators, providing access to over 20,000 aircraft worldwide. Their mission is to make private jet charter simple, fast, and luxurious - from booking to takeoff.

As a Cold Caller / Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively contacting prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and other outbound channels.  Your primary goal is to identify qualified prospects, build initial relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team, helping drive the company's growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels

·       Introduce the company's services and engage potential clients in professional conversations

·       Qualify prospects based on established criteria

·       Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM

·       Follow approved call scripts and outreach processes while adapting to each prospect's need

·       Conduct follow-up activities to maximize appointment-setting opportunities

·       Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets

·       Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a call center environment

·       Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day

·       Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

·       Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Advantageous Experience/Skills:

·       Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems

·       Experience in the travel industry

·       Prior experience in appointment setting
