Titan builds and maintains the core platform used across Infios products, including the UI framework, authentication, licensing, installation, and shared services.

The Quality Engineer helps ensure these platform capabilities meet defined quality standards through thoughtful test planning, automation, debugging, and close collaboration with development and product teams.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans for shared Titan platform capabilities

  • Where automated tests are not available, either create new tests or perform manual tests

  • Create and improve automated tests, scripts, and test programs to validate functionality, stability, and regression coverage

  • Pinpoint software issues using automated and manual testing approaches, partnering with development engineers to drive resolution

  • Analyze defects, document clear reproduction steps, and help assess risk, severity, and customer impact

  • Participate in pull requests, design discussions, and technical reviews with a quality-focused perspective

  • Collaborate with Product Management, development teams, and QA peers across the organization to improve release confidence

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, quality processes, and automation coverage

What you bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or Software Development

  • Experience with test automation, testing frameworks, and QA best practices

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-assisted SDLC, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps

  • Knowledge of UI, API, integration, performance, regression, and security testing

  • Experience improving test strategies, release readiness, and quality processes
