Job description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Enterprise Sales/BD Manager – Data & Analytics Solutions for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients that can benefit from data and analytics solutions built on Alation, Microsoft Purview, Power BI and Snowflake, ensuring a strong and sustainable opportunity pipeline Develop tailored value propositions that clearly explain how Alation, Microsoft Purview, Power BI and Snowflake address client challenges related to data governance, analytics adoption and cloud modernization Coordinate end to end business development cycles by organizing discovery meetings, solution walkthroughs and commercial discussions with client stakeholders and internal technical teams Prepare structured proposals and responses that describe solution scope, timelines, and commercial constructs for data cataloging, governance and analytics initiatives leveraging Alation and Microsoft Purview Create and deliver compelling client presentations and demonstrations that showcase business outcomes enabled by enterprise reporting and self service analytics on Power BI and Snowflake Collaborate with internal data engineering, governance and analytics specialists to shape feasible solutions that balance client expectations, technical constraints and financial targets Nurture long term client relationships by conducting regular account reviews, tracking business value metrics and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross sell within existing engagements Analyze client feedback, market trends and competitive offerings to refine go to market messages for Alation, Microsoft Purview, Power BI and Snowflake based services and solutions Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts and activity logs in the customer relationship management system to support planning and business performance tracking Coordinate internal approvals related to pricing, contracting and risk assessment while ensuring proposals comply with organizational policies and regional regulations Support marketing initiatives by contributing case studies, client success stories and thought pieces that highlight tangible business benefits from modern data platforms Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from signed deals to project execution by clarifying scope, expectations and measurable success criteria Monitor realized client outcomes versus proposed value to identify improvement opportunities and to continuously enhance future business development approaches

  • Experience : 8to9Yrs
  • Required Skills : Snowflake, Alation, Power BI, Microsoft Purview
  • Apply practical knowledge of Alation to explain and position data catalog, metadata management and data discovery capabilities in business centric language during client interactions Use experience with Microsoft Purview to describe governance frameworks, data classification and compliance features that help clients manage risk and regulatory expectations Leverage strong Power BI skills to discuss reporting strategies, semantic model considerations and adoption methods that enable data driven decision making for business users Utilize hands on familiarity with Snowflake to discuss cloud data platform patterns, performance considerations and cost optimization approaches aligned to client expectations Demonstrate business development experience of eight to nine years by managing complex sales cycles, stakeholder expectations and negotiation outcomes in enterprise environments Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders by adapting vocabulary and examples to suit executive sponsors, business owners and technology partners Apply understanding of hybrid work practices to collaborate effectively across virtual and in person settings while maintaining responsiveness during standard day shifts
