Job description

The organization is seeking an Intermediate Quality Specialist to contribute to the quality assurance of application solutions in a medium-to-large-scale technology environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing various testing strategies to ensure the quality, stability, and proper functioning of applications. This role will also play a key part in the continuous improvement of QA practices and the evolution of test automation tools.
The assignment requires close collaboration with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective defect management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement testing strategies, including:
    • Functional testing
    • End-to-end (E2E) testing
    • Performance testing
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
    • User access
    • Test data
    • Test environments
  • Support the team in defining user stories and estimating testing efforts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in both production and non-production environments.
  • Serve as the quality assurance subject matter expert for:
    • Test case creation
    • Test execution
    • Validation and acceptance of test results
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Cypress automated testing frameworks.
  • Analyze complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Contribute to defect resolution and overall platform stability.
  • Support the continuous improvement of QA practices and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Experience developing test scenarios and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Cypress
    • JIRA / Confluence
    • Postman
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes and implementation of QA tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile, collaborative environment.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

L’organisation recherche un(e) spécialiste qualité intermediate pour contribuer à l’assurance qualité des solutions applicatives dans un environnement technologique de moyenne à grande envergure.

La ressource sera responsable de définir, planifier et exécuter différentes stratégies de tests afin d’assurer la qualité, la stabilité et le bon fonctionnement des applications. Elle jouera également un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue des pratiques QA et dans l’évolution des outils d’automatisation.

Le mandat implique une forte collaboration avec les équipes de développement, les analystes et les parties prenantes afin d’assurer une couverture de tests complète et une gestion efficace des anomalies.

  • Participer au développement et à la maintenance des frameworks automatisés Cypress
  • Analyser des problématiques complexes et identifier les causes racines
  • Contribuer à la correction des anomalies et à la stabilité de la plateforme
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques QA et de l’opérationnalisation

Exigences et qualifications requises
  • Minimum 4 années d’expérience en assurance qualité TI
  • Expérience en développement de scénarios de tests
  • Expérience avec :
    • Cypress
    • JIRA / Confluence
    • Postman
  • Expertise des processus d’assurance qualité et de l’implantation d’outils QA
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement Agile et collaboratif
  • Curiosité et volonté d’apprentissage continu
  • Capacité à identifier les problèmes et proposer des solutions
  • Organisation, rigueur et bonne gestion des priorités
  • Esprit collaboratif et mobilisation d’équipe
  • Excellente communication et capacité de vulgarisation
  • Minutie, sens du détail et esprit analytique
