  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, remove blockers, and support implementation of new programs across Fee for Service, Fee for Value, and Flexible Network Capabilities.
  • Provide BAT subject matter expertise for assigned areas, guiding peers and stakeholders through complex scenarios and unclear requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening testing practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts, business requirements, and system changes into clear testing needs and business impacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships and support shared team success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field.
  • Claims processing experience or working knowledge of claims systems.
  • Experience with pricing processes, provider data, Pega Enterprise Pricing Service (EPS), Stand Alone NetworX Pricer (SANP), Optum, or similar platforms.
