About This Role:

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Financial Systems Administrator Support to support and maintain our financial planning, reporting and ERP ecosystem. This role will primarily focus on Workday Adaptive Planning administration, user support, system maintenance, reporting, and process improvements. The position will also provide support across related financial systems, including ERP and other financial reporting and analytics tools.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with some financial systems experience who wants to develop expertise in enterprise planning, reporting, and finance technology platforms while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Adaptive Planning Administration

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users.
• Assist with maintaining models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, and security settings.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, sheets, and integrations.
• Support system testing, enhancements, and release management activities.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and support procedures.

Financial Systems Support

• Assist with administration and support of ERP finance-related modules and integrations.
• Monitor data integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP, and other financial applications.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Support financial reporting tools and business intelligence solutions used by Finance and Accounting teams.
• Help maintain master data and ensure consistency across financial systems.

Process Improvement & Projects

• Participate in finance systems enhancement projects and implementations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to financial systems controls.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A applications, ERP systems, or business reporting tools.
• Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, QAD ERP, SAP ERP, or similar financial planning/reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning administration or model maintenance.
• Experience with financial reporting or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, Cognos, etc.).
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Basic SQL or data analysis experience.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data validation activities.

Technical Skills

• Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred)
• QAD ERP or SAP ERP (FI/CO exposure preferred)
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Financial reporting and analytics tools
• Data reconciliation and validation
• Basic SQL (preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite
