About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution, optimization, and evolution of our lifecycle marketing and marketing automation programs. You’ll help shape how prospects and customers engage with our brand across the buyer journey through personalized, data-driven campaigns powered by HubSpot.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining marketing technology, customer insights, experimentation, and AI to create scalable programs that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue.
You'll play a critical role in our migration from Salesforce Pardot to HubSpot Marketing Hub while helping establish best practices for lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, lead nurturing and AI-enabled marketing operations.

What You'll Do
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Programs
• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, webinar promotions, and event communications.
• Create, edit, and refine email copy that aligns with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end email production process, including audience selection, QA, scheduling, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, and compliance with email marketing best practices to maximize engagement and campaign success.
• Manage email production from concept through QA, deployment, and reporting.
• Ensure email deliverability and adherence to email marketing best practices.
• Optimize automated lifecycle programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey, from lead nurture through customer retention and expansion.
• Design audience segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant content based on prospect behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
• Build nurture programs that support lead conversion, onboarding, customer engagement, and renewal initiatives.
• Analyze lifecycle program performance and continuously improve workflows, content, and customer journeys through A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
Marketing Automation
• Build and maintain automated workflows, lead nurture programs, forms, landing pages, lead scoring models, and campaign assets within HubSpot.
• Help lead our migration from Salesforce Pardot to HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign recreation, testing, optimization, documentation, and QA.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to improve lifecycle automation, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
• Maintain marketing database health and ensure campaign data integrity.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and proactively recommend process improvements.
• Support Salesforce and HubSpot integrations to ensure accurate lead flow and reporting.
Optimization & Innovation
• Develop and execute ongoing A/B tests across:
• Subject lines
• Email copy
• Calls-to-action
• Send times
• Audience segmentation
• Landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations that improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Leverage AI-assisted marketing tools to accelerate content creation, improve campaign quality, streamline workflows, and uncover performance insights while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.
• Stay current on emerging trends in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and AI to continuously improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure responsible use of AI by validating outputs for accuracy, brand standards, compliance, and data privacy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Teams, and Marketing Operations to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work with Marketing Ops and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing-generated leads flow properly through Salesforce.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and project management using Asana.
• Support website conversion initiatives and conversational marketing programs through Qualified.
Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor lifecycle funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion across each stage
• Present campaign insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
• 3 + years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or demand generation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Experience building email campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, and segmentation within HubSpot.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and campaign optimization.
• Experience designing and executing A/B testing strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to campaign quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day marketing operations to improve productivity, campaign quality, documentation, and decision making
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Pardot.
• Experience participating in or leading a marketing automation platform migration.
• Familiarity with Qualified conversational marketing.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing.
• Experience managing marketing automation programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and marketing to sales handoff process
• HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted marketing tools (such as HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) to improve campaign creation, content development, personalization, workflow efficiency, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you'll:
• Successfully lead the marketing team’s transition from Pardot to HubSpot Marketing Hub with minimal business disruption .
• Build and launch scalable nurture and lifecycle marketing programs that drive measurable engagement and pipeline.
• Improve campaign performance through thoughtful segmentation, personalization, and continuous A/B testing.
• Leverage AI to increase the speed and quality of campaign creation while maintaining a strong brand voice.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and with high data integrity.
• Become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot, email marketing, lifecycle automation, and marketing best practices.

This role offers an annual base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual bonus.
