We are seeking an experienced Compliance Counsel to join our Legal Compliance team. As part of the team, the Compliance Counsel will provide legal guidance and support on all our compliance-related products and services, including creating training content, tracking legal developments in designated areas of subject matter expertise, managing our 50-state handbook service, drafting and consulting on marketing materials and preparing and leading webinars on legal topics relevant to our clients and the larger HR and Compliance audience. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of substantive legal expertise in employment law, the attention to detail needed to produce meticulous, thorough and accurate work product, strong communications skills, and a collaborative mindset.

This role offers an annual base salary range of $95,000 - $120,000. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual bonus.
