Marketing Director (Americas and EMEA)

We are hiring a Marketing Director, AI Data Services to lead marketing strategy and execution for our growing Data Services.

 

This role will support our work across AI data, multilingual AI, speech and audio, expert review, data quality, model improvement workflows, and related technical services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketing leader who can market complex services to technical and enterprise buyers, including AI teams, research teams, product leaders, data leaders, engineering stakeholders, and procurement teams.

 

The Marketing Director will define our positioning, build research-led marketing programs, create customer-facing materials, support sales and account growth, and strengthen Our Client’s credibility in the AI data market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy and execution plan for Our Client’s AI Data Services business.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for AI data, multilingual AI, speech/audio, expert review, data quality, and managed data services.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions for technical and executive buyers.
  • Build marketing assets for technical audiences, including AI researchers, ML teams, data science teams, product teams, and engineering leaders.
  • Lead research-led marketing initiatives, including insight reports, benchmark-style content, technical explainers, market perspectives, and thought leadership.
  • Create and execute campaigns targeting priority customer segments and strategic accounts.
  • Develop high-quality content, including web pages, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, LinkedIn content, webinars, and event materials.
  • Support account-based marketing and sales enablement for strategic AI and enterprise technology accounts.
  • Build customer proof points, case studies, success stories, and reusable narratives from active and completed customer work.
  • Own the AI Data Services website content strategy and improve how Our Client presents its capabilities online.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.

Qualifications

Education, skills, and experience

  • Significant B2B marketing experience in AI, data services, SaaS, enterprise technology, cloud, developer tools, technical services, localization technology, or a related field.
  • Experience marketing to technical or sophisticated enterprise buyers.
  • Strong experience in product marketing, positioning, messaging, content strategy, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to turn technical products, services, or capabilities into clear commercial messaging.
  • Experience owning both marketing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Solutions, Product, Operations, or senior leadership teams.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports pipeline, revenue, customer credibility, and account expansion.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, AI data services, LLM workflows, speech/audio AI, multilingual AI, model improvement, expert review, or data quality.
  • Experience with research-led marketing, insight reports, benchmark-style content, technical content, or category-building campaigns.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing or strategic enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience marketing to AI labs, technical buyers, data science teams, ML teams, or enterprise AI teams.
  • Experience building a marketing function in an early-stage or developing business unit.
