Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms. Skills: Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and workflow automation. Technical Skills: Experience with HubSpot integrations, CRM customisation, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from CRM reports. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members. Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

Core responsibilities:

HubSpot Management: Oversee the setup, customisation, and daily management of the HubSpot CRM, including creating and maintaining pipelines, contact records, and other database elements. Data Management: Ensure data integrity by regularly cleaning and updating contact records, removing duplicates, and managing data imports/exports. Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes, such as lead nurturing, sales follow-ups, and customer onboarding. Lead Generation & Tracking: Monitor and analyse lead generation efforts, track leads through the sales funnel, and ensure accurate reporting on conversion rates. Integration & Customisation: Integrate HubSpot with other business tools and software, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and deliver regular reports on key CRM metrics, such as lead conversion, sales pipeline progress, and marketing campaign effectiveness. User Support & Training: Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot tools and features. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HubSpot’s new features, tools, and best practices to recommend enhancements that improve productivity and results.
