Location: United States (remote)

Work Model: Fully remote

Compensation: ~$150K base, ~$200K total comp (base plus performance bonus)

Our partner is a fast-growing fintech building spend management and card products for real, brick-and-mortar small businesses. They have crossed $15M in revenue, recently reached a $125M valuation, and are heading into their next major fundraise. The team is intentionally lean, hungry, and built for people who want to own outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a founding growth role for a full-stack growth marketer who can both build demand and help convert it. You will own omni-channel growth across paid ads, email, SEO, and the broader marketing engine, while staying close enough to the funnel to help move real deals forward. The people who thrive here are charismatic operators who like to run a campaign, then help close the business it generates.
