Location: United States (remote)

Work Model: Fully remote

Compensation: $80K base, $100K-$110K OTE (uncapped commission)

Our partner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country, building a suite of AI products across post-acute, home health, home care, and hospice for both enterprise and SMB customers. The company has more than doubled its team in the past year, recently won a notable medtech award, and is growing exceptionally fast. The culture is high energy, collaborative, and mission-driven.

The Opportunity

This is a BDR seat on a fast-scaling SMB growth team, and it is more creative than a typical outbound role. Alongside cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach, you will get real freedom to build new functions, run experiments, and shape campaigns. You will build deep product and industry knowledge with the explicit goal of growing into an Account Executive role within roughly 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ideate and execute creative growth experiments and campaigns
  • Build out new functions and processes where you see opportunity
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge to engage prospects effectively
  • Work toward leading your own discovery calls and progressing into an AE role

Requirements

  • Some prior BDR or SDR experience, with familiarity in how outbound works
  • Hands-on cold calling and outreach experience
  • Charismatic and easy to talk to
  • Driven, motivated, and ready to deliver from day one
  • Bonus: startup awareness, a former-athlete background, or healthcare experience
